Bank holiday thoughts
Middle of a bank holiday weekend and there still seems to be lots to do. I am following my own advice today though and doing very little 'work' just al the other things that needed doing (mow the lawn, trim the hedges, put up a new trellis etc.)In the small amount of 'work' I've allowed myself however, some intersting contacts have been made, some very interesting information received and read and some more action notes made for reference in the near future. The general 'movement' of this business is still heading in the right direction and I look forward to changing that into income soon. The England vs ROW football was dire yesterday - not even sure why I watched it. The world cuop is bound to be better (isn't it?)More later
Busy day ... again
Really and truthfully, all I really want to do is sleep. Today I woke at 4.40am to get to BNI for 6.30am. That finished at about 9am and I then drove all the way to Cheltenham to see the people at GEN about a speech they might want doing.Home briefly for lunch then off again for a 1-2-1 with one of my BNI buddies (thanks to Ray Sheppard) and then on to another chill out session and overview with yet another one (very chilled Rich M) before coming home exhausted.Had tea. Did the fostering bit, and have been here ever since finishing what I started.Need sleep.
Let's get this party started
Ok, here I am in the world of Blogs. It's all very new and I've already tripped up with this photo idea but never mind. I'm sure it'll be alright eventually. This is just a start.Have been working on the business now for about 6 months and am beginning to feel it might start going places soon.Really I just want to be either coaching or speaking every day but until I get to that point I'll just have to make do and enjoy what I can manage.Keep opening doors - that's my motto for the moment.Busy weekend ahead so I'll keep this brief.Back soon.
